1. Program Overview

SugarReels is an interactive edible printing experience that allows approved bakers and decorators to offer printed treats connected to personalized video content. SugarReels uses edible printed images and QR codes that, when scanned, allow customers or guests to view a video experience through a compatible mobile device.

SugarReels technology is provided by Print on Foods. Icing Images and/or SugarReels may assist with marketing, directory listings, communication, and baker program administration. Bakers remain independent businesses responsible for their own products, customers, pricing, payments, production, fulfillment, food safety, and compliance.

By submitting a Baker application, requesting approval, accessing SugarReels-related tools or dashboards, or offering SugarReels products to customers, you acknowledge and accept the responsibilities, limitations, and terms outlined below.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, access to SugarReels services, or placement in the SugarReels Baker Directory.

2. Baker Application and Approval

To be considered for approval, you must complete the Baker application and provide accurate, complete information. All required fields must be completed before your application can be reviewed. You may be contacted for additional information before approval.

SugarReels, Icing Images, and/or Print on Foods reserve the right to approve, deny, pause, suspend, or remove access to the baker program or directory listing at any time.

3. Optional Directory Listing

The SugarReels Directory gives customers a place to find bakers who print SugarReels. Directory placement is optional and available only to approved bakers.

• Blue Food Printer Owners: Free directory listing and may be listed as featured decorators.
• All Other Approved Bakers: $10/month or $100/year.

Directory listing fees are non-refundable once a listing period has begun. Listings may be changed, paused, removed, or discontinued at any time.

Directory placement does not create an employment, franchise, agency, partnership, representative, or joint venture relationship between the baker and SugarReels, Icing Images, or Print on Foods.

4. Baker Responsibilities

If approved, you are responsible for all SugarReels products and services you offer to your customers, including print quality, scannability, food safety, ingredients, allergens, customer communication, pricing, payments, refunds, cancellations, pickup, delivery, shipping, fulfillment, packaging, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for producing edible printed products using food-safe materials and methods appropriate for human consumption. You are also responsible for complying with all applicable food safety laws, cottage food laws, labeling requirements, allergen disclosure rules, business licensing requirements, and other local, state, federal, or jurisdiction-specific regulations that apply to your business.

5. Printing, Testing, and Scan Quality

As the baker or decorator producing the finished edible product, you are responsible for the quality and performance of the printed SugarReels elements you provide to your customers.

You should use proper edible printing practices, including appropriate edible inks, edible media or food surfaces, drying time, contrast, sizing, handling, storage, and packaging. Whenever possible, you should test-scan printed SugarReels before delivery, pickup, or event use.

SugarReels, Icing Images, and Print on Foods are not responsible for scan failures caused by baker error, poor print quality, improper sizing, low contrast, ink bleeding, smearing, moisture, damaged products, improper storage, improper handling, customer misuse, or failure to test the printed product.

6. Order Timing, Event Dates, and Rush Orders

SugarReels orders should be placed at least 2 weeks before the event date whenever possible. SugarReels are generally active for 30 days from the event date, unless otherwise stated in the selected package or order terms.

Only testing should occur before the event date. Active scanning before the event date may affect access and could be deemed as abuse, resulting in termination of future access to SugarReels.

Once an order is submitted, the submitted image may not be changed without additional processing. Changes after submission may result in a change fee.

If an order is placed less than 2 weeks before the event date, it may be considered a rush order. By submitting or fulfilling a rush order, you acknowledge that Print on Foods, SugarReels, Icing Images, and their affiliates are not responsible for errors, delays, or incomplete changes caused by the shortened timeline and a forfeiture of a refund.

7. Customer Communication

You are responsible for clearly communicating important SugarReels and Print on Foods details to your customers before accepting or fulfilling an order. This may include image and video requirements, event date and timing, activation windows, package limits, device requirements, internet or cellular connection needs, lighting and scanning conditions, pickup/delivery/shipping timelines, ingredients, allergens, food safety information, pricing, refunds, and cancellation policies.

Your customers should understand that scan performance may be affected by device type, camera quality, internet access, cellular signal, browser settings, lighting, user error, print quality, and event conditions. Refunds are not available due to these conditions.

8. Technology Risks and Limitations

SugarReels relies on internet-based technology, mobile devices, browsers, QR scanning, video hosting, and network connectivity. You acknowledge that technology-based services may experience limitations, interruptions, delays, or failures.

SugarReels, Icing Images, and Print on Foods do not guarantee that every device, browser, venue, network, camera, or user will successfully access or view the SugarReels experience.

9. Package Details and Limits

Some SugarReels orders or packages may include activation windows, usage limits, scan limits, event date restrictions, or other package-specific requirements. You are responsible for understanding the package being offered and accurately communicating any limits, requirements, or restrictions to your customer.

10. Service Interruptions and Compatibility

SugarReels may be affected by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, service interruptions, internet disruptions, software updates, network issues, third-party service failures, or compatibility limitations. SugarReels, Icing Images, and Print on Foods are not liable for service interruptions, delayed access, failed scans, device incompatibility, browser limitations, poor venue connectivity, customer misuse, or event conditions outside their control.

11. Independent Baker Relationship

Bakers listed in the SugarReels Directory or approved to offer SugarReels remain independent businesses. SugarReels, Icing Images, and Print on Foods do not control your pricing, recipes, ingredients, food preparation, production methods, edible printing process, packaging, delivery, shipping, customer communication, refunds, cancellations, or finished products.

You are not an employee, agent, legal representative, partner, franchisee, or joint venture partner of SugarReels, Icing Images, or Print on Foods.

12. Refunds and Customer Disputes

SugarReels, Icing Images, and Print on Foods do not have a direct customer service, fulfillment, refund, or payment relationship with your customers. You are solely responsible for handling your own customer orders, pricing, payments, refunds, cancellations, product complaints, shipping issues, food safety questions, allergen questions, and customer disputes.

Directory listing fees are non-refundable once a listing period has begun. Refund terms for any Print on Foods services, software, order processing fees, or SugarReels technology services are governed by Print on Foods.

13. Business Information and Directory Content

You are responsible for providing accurate business information for your application and any directory listing. You grant SugarReels and/or Icing Images permission to use the information and images you provide for your directory listing, baker program materials, and related marketing unless you request removal or opt out in writing.

14. Intellectual Property and Brand Use

SugarReels, Print on Foods, and Icing Images retain all rights to their respective names, logos, trademarks, platforms, technology, software, designs, processes, training materials, and marketing materials. You may only use SugarReels branding in an approved and accurate manner. You may not misrepresent the service or suggest that you are employed by or legally representing SugarReels, Icing Images, or Print on Foods.

15. Submitted Artwork, Videos, and Prohibited Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any images, videos, or other materials submitted for use with SugarReels are lawful and that you or your customer has the necessary rights and permissions to use them.

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: copyrighted material submitted without permission, nudity, pornographic or sexually explicit material, content involving minors in a sexual context, hate speech, defamatory or threatening material, and content that violates the rights or privacy of another person. If content appears to involve child abuse or exploitation, it may be reported to appropriate authorities.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SugarReels, Icing Images, Print on Foods, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, event-related losses, customer claims, reputational harm, or missed business opportunities.

If liability is found, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of directory listing fees paid by the baker to SugarReels or Icing Images during the three months immediately preceding the claim.

17. Changes to Program, Pricing, and Availability

SugarReels is currently in Beta. Features, pricing, availability, package details, scan limits, directory options, approval requirements, and the way the service works may change at any time. SugarReels, Icing Images, and Print on Foods reserve the right to change, pause, discontinue, or modify the baker program, directory listings, pricing, features, technology, or service availability at any time.

18. Suspension or Removal

SugarReels, Icing Images, and/or Print on Foods may suspend, remove, or discontinue a baker's approval, access, or directory listing at any time, including but not limited to cases involving inaccurate information, customer complaints, food safety concerns, misuse of the platform, non-payment, misrepresentation, poor print quality, unauthorized brand use, prohibited content, illegal activity, or conduct that may harm SugarReels, Icing Images, Print on Foods, customers, or other bakers.

19. Required Acknowledgment

By submitting the baker application, I confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee approval, access to SugarReels services, or placement in the SugarReels Directory.

I understand that, if approved, I am responsible for the SugarReels products and services I offer, including product quality, food safety, customer communication, pricing, payments, refunds, fulfillment, delivery, ingredients, allergens, print quality, scan testing, order timing, content submissions, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

I understand that SugarReels, Icing Images, and Print on Foods are not responsible for my products, services, customers, orders, payments, refunds, shipping, delivery, food safety, allergens, print quality, scan performance, device compatibility, network issues, service interruptions, event timing issues, missing artwork, prohibited content, or customer disputes.

I acknowledge that SugarReels is in Beta and that features, pricing, availability, package details, scan limits, approval requirements, directory options, and service requirements may change at any time.
